Wax emulsion offers excellent slip, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, water repellency, anti-blocking and anti-fouling properties, improved gloss and pleasant feel.

Applications

General

· Provides abrasion and scratch resistance, increases slip and gloss, and improves the feel in products such as floor and furniture color paints; in the processing of PVC pipes and profiles, it can effectively reduce plasticizing torque and extend plasticizing time and thermal stability time; · Improves the performance of printing inks, leather finishes, varnishes and water-based overprint varnishes, enhancing abrasion and scratch resistance and increasing slip and gloss.

It is recommended that the addition level of all the above products be 0.1%-6%; the specific dosage depends on the formulation. The above dosages exclude the stabilizer-recommended formulation.

Storage & Handling

· Take thermal insulation measures during transport; · This product should be stored at 6-30°C, with a storage life of up to 12 months; · Do not store the product under freezing conditions or at high temperatures above 40°C.
